Unofficial sources revealed that Pancham evolves when there is a Dark type in the party.
Since it is unofficial so its not relieable.

I think Pancham should evolve by having a fully evolved fighting type in team (Poliwrath,machamp etc.)

NOw its is official that Pancham evolves into Pangoro at level 32 when dark type Pokemon is in party.

Yes. Having a Greninja in party is nice. I have heard that a Pokemon evolves by holding 3DS upside down. I think it is confirmed.
