Ya, i think they should start a new series just like Naruto Shippuden.
In the new series, Ash should be of 16 and brock 20 or 21 (whatever). In this way, max can also start his journey. This will abe awesome.

Nah, they should've kept pokemon how it use to be. I mean, back in the day they had some pretty hilarious and clever punchlines in their jokes as well as a pretty good story(?). Teamrocket always made you laugh, Ash had some witty comebacks, brock was the love obsessed freak of the show and misty was just...... errr misty. The only thing missing in back in the day pokemon was more believable/ better battles.

They really deviated away from how it use to be, they try too hard to be funny. Ash comes off as annoying half the time, brock lost his touch, misty..... isn't really much of how misty use to be and teamrocket can be just downright obnoxious. If they were to start a new series, they should have a new line up of characters. Hell, they should've made each season of pokemon (region wise) based off of the main characters of the region instead of having em as side characters that cameo for one episode or tag along. It would've made me want to tune in to the show much more (Especially for the GS series if they did that).

Anyways, I was basing my rating at the overall quality of the story. This scored higher in my book mainly because this movie actually had a good story to it all. Some flaws in it, yes, but it really stood out more then the previous movies, granted I've only seen about 4 of em besides this one.

The fighting sequences of Destiny Deoxys are good.

Ya, destiny deoxys was awesome.
Overall, all the pokemon movies from movie 6 to 12, are awesome.
I didn't liked the first four movies at all (haven't watched the 5th movie).
The main problem with those movies was the lack of plot. The story was totally useless in the first 4 movies (at least for me).

Haven't actually watched the entire movie, but I saw some of the middle part. Doesn't matter though since I saw the entire movie before this and I really like it. Easily my favorite over all the other movies.

Destiny deoxys was my favourite when movie 8 was not released.

Movie 8 is my favourite because it introduces the concept of Aura and Lucario.

Oh and it introduces many Gen 5 Pokémon as well.

I like all Pokemon movies equally (just as I like all Pokemons equally)
