Lolz.. well as per general IRC channel rules, flooding is limited to 3 lines in 5 seconds. Beyond that is obviously a flood.
But we are very lenient on the chatroom, never ban anyone out unless it's a case of vulgar talks which is certainly not tolerated. And kicks are a part of IRC fun ^_^ They just get you outta the chatroom for (less than) a second, and let you back in. We also set channel modes accordingly at times so people can bypass the flooding limit and have fun, like setting the +Q mode which disables all kicks.
