You have Gardevoir and you have to defeat Lance.

You know that Gardveroir is now a fairy type Pokemon.It can easily defeat Lance with its fairy type moves.
You have only PokeBalls.How do you suppose to catch an Heatran with Infernape.

Use brick break or false swipe on Heatranz.

But you didn't tell how would you catch it despite being you only have PokeBalls and Heatran has high catchrate.

Well you can catch by the following ways.
First lessen its hp.
Next is using status ailment.
Third using PokeBalls when catch rate is high.

First battle a pikachu and learn Volt Tackle through sketch.
Defeat both of them with Volt tacke.

You are upto Defeat Wallance but you have only Infernape at 100.

Thats hard. Put Focus Sash on Infernape. Let the foe attack and you'd have 1 HP left. Use endeavor and use mach punch after it.

Sorry but by this way it can defeat only one Pokemon.
You should make your infernape to learn Grass knot and thunderpunch.
