This is just a simple game like Maxedge's Make an Attack. You just have to use your imaginations and make your items.
Let me start first.
Sitrus Juice
Its an item which heals the user's Pokemon by half.

So thats how you make it.

By the way, I don't know what this [PLAY] means. I just used it to make the game more attractive.

Fire Bone.
Cubone's upgraded bone after burning.It also burns the foe by contacts.

Cool!
Ultimate Heal:- It heals everybody of your team.
Eg: All of your Pokemon are poisoned. It would heal all of them.

Car: Just a car. Better than Bicycle.

Amuse Berry.
Increase one of the Pokemon EV to max.

Victini what is your item.

Max Ev.
Increases all EV's to max.

Rockhead Berry.
When ever stolen by opponent explodes like bomb and thus cause selfdestruct.

Brick.
Throw at opponent and it makes him faint (or 1 hit ko)

Moon Plate.
Turn Arceus to Fairy type.

Helmet.
Safety first!

For what reason helmet.
Rocket Shoes.
Makes player and the whole team to increase movement speed by 2X

Jet Fly.
Fly for every Pokemon

Magnet Bomb.
Make steel type Pokemon to suffer.

Bomb
