Actually Prongs' recording meant recording for time being to watch it out later......
And yes TV tuner can get u TV on ur PC

Yes, tv tuner card is a device which can be connected to a pc. After connecting tv tuner card, you can watch your tv on pc and record/copy tv programmes into your pc too.
