That's quite a nice one, I like it. Though, using only 'Subcontinental', even though it means Indian, would still confuse newbies without the real sense of the word. As also, using 'Indian' sub-continent, would result in the same, incase the neighbouring countries' visitors take the 'Indian' part in the other way. I believe Indo-Pak is more suitable. Let's see.

There isn't really any 'historical tagline' that we've had. When DeSiPokemon was launched as a website in 2003/4, it was "India's First Pokemon Website', then with the forums it became 'Indian's First Pokemon Website & Forums' or something similar. After the website was dropped and we only had forums, and after other anime sub-forums were added, a second tagline 'Home to the Indian Anime Fandom' was added to the banner. Though, the 'India's First Pokemon Community' remains in website descriptions or meta names.

But pokemon is prime and then other anime, so..

That will be same as Lynx and Ewan can come and say that add USA in it too.

Yes, so that's why you need more Pakistani members here to even think of that idea to change the tagline. Anyway it was simply suggested because Hindi Pokemon anime is common to both the countries, which is what we specialize in, for e.g. the media downloads.

Yes, do anything which will help the site.
