Fruit Pokémon

ROFL, I was playin Pokémon Pearl, and came across this Pokémon in a battle named Cherubi (now ofcourse I'm not familiar with the new 4th gen pokémons).. and I was.. wtf a fruit Pokémon? (Cherry+Ruby) xD I mean they've named Pokémons after plants, animals, and what not... but fruits now? LOL infact it tempts me to eat it..

It's supposed to be the evolved form of Cherubi, Cherrim. Didn't know it was so earlier, coz well actually it looks like a flower xD

Well, they have plant pokemon, not to mention pokemon of many bizzare things, so why not fruit? ;-)

but didn't those guys put all the fruits into the berry concept?
I mean, there is the Cheri berry (cures paralysis) then why again a diff pokemon?
