This the continuation of the story.

The End Of Jenovah
Soon Ash opened his eyes the whole red colour was nothing but the shield of the Zekrom. Zekrom was full of anger due to the destruction caused by Jenovah. Then Jenovah disappeared into the space. With Zekrom, Ash and Pikachu returned to Pallet Town. With the united power of these three Pokémon they could kill Jenovah or make it back to a Deoxys. All the three pokémon gave their power to an orb. Ash caught the orb in hand and lurked Jenovah. Jenovah came to kill Ash, before it could do anything Ash threw that orb at it. Now what? Was Jenovah alive, the answer is yes but it was no more Jenovah it was now back to the form of Deoxys. Then the young man immediately threw an everstone on it and Deoxys thanked the young man, Ash, Pikachu and all the gang and went back to its planet.

The Truth
The truth was that the young man was none other than Ash himself. He immediately took a pokéball which Proff.Oak gave Ash on the first day of his journey which contained Pikachu, the young man called out go Pikachu. He thanked all the gang and asked Pikachu to use thunder and Celebi came. He with the Celebi and Pikachu went to their own time which was now peaceful and pleasant.
