There are two ways, Media Wiki or Wikipedia.
Or you can learn it the way I did, go to a Wiki(In my case BP) and start playing(editing) furiously with all the pages. You will soon reach the rang of a Wiki Master.

About 1st way I am not sure.
And about second, in the process, I will learn the language but spoil the wiki in the process, dont u think so?

I don't know of any. Although you can read through Media Wiki, it will teach you all about Wiki coding.
