There doesnt seem to be a way to enable avatars here.

Just go to ur Profile and upload ur Avatar or upload it to a free hosting site like www.tinypic.com and paste the link in ur Avatar settings.
If u still arent able to do it, mail me ur avatar and I'll set it up for u.
We don't have a gallery of readymade avatars at present, so u have to hunt down one for urself from other sites, or request for one from the Express Shop
