Movie Trilogy:
Movie 1) Twilight Princess
Link is new to Hyrule.
He meets Zelda personally.
One twilight Gonan appears and kidnaps Zelda.
Link makes a very special-effects full escape.
Gonan's forces take over Hyrule.
Link finds the angel of Twilight Princess and she tell him of the Triforce.
Link learns to turn into a wolf.
Link finds the Ocarina of Time.
Link after spending many nights reaches the Triforce Temple.
There he pulls out the Skyward Sword as the camera focuses on the sword.
Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

This appears.

Movie 2) Skyward Sword
Link starts his journey to a old man's place.
Reaches old man.
Old man teaches him how to use the Skyward Sword.
He tells how the Skyward Sword is the only way to kill Gonan. He doesn't tell why.
The man appears more interested in the strange equipment Link is carrying. (Ocarina)
Link makes his journey to Hyrule.
When he reaches, he finds that he has somehow become the hero of the people, despite never having seen them.
They all tell him that they have seen him many times before, saving them.
He reaches the Hyrule Castle and makes it to Gonan's duel chamber.
They start the duel but the sword breaks on impact from Gonan's tough skin.
Gonan reveals that he himself is one of the three triforce powers.
He is the owner of the Skyward Sword which is the Triforce of Strength.
Zelda is another Triforce power sealed within a human rather than a object.
Link is cornered by Gonan and his guards.
The Angel/Fairy turns into a wolf and engages Gonan who easily kill her.
Link in desperation plays the Ocarina. A song which the old man taught him.
Everything blacks out as the camera focuses onto the Ocarina.

Movie 3) Ocarina of Time
Link has traveled back in time.
He learns that the Ocarina can do many strange things.
He meets his young self (Child Link.)
Child Link treats him like a villain he has seen before.
Link is attacked by his own Grandfather.
Link escapes.
Link meets the younger self of the fairy who tell him that he can kill the younger link.
Thus one of the triforce will break and Zelda and Hyrule will be free.
Link tries to do so boy his Grandfather tells him otherwise.
He then realizes that he can get the Skyward Sword again.
He replaces the Skyward Sword with a fake, given to him by his Grandfather.
He thus realizes why the sword broke before.
It was actually a fake.
He goes back to his time and goes to the castle.
He plays the song of Life and the plants and animals fight for him against Gonan's army.
He duels Gonan and kills him.
Zelda is free.
As Hyrule celebrates, a mysterious shadow watches from above.
A clear shot of his face is show revealing that he is Shadow Link.

There is no trilogy in Zelda Universe. Although Zelda, Zelda: The Adventure of Link and Zelda: A Link To The Past.
can count as one.

If we play as Link, then y isnt it Legend Of Link ?? That makes more sense since all Zelda does is well be abducted or lost...
