That's all an evil nasty thing from Prongs' side.. there's nothing as such as only 1 Pokemon Master. Pokemon Master is a rank achieved after 1000 posts. Obviously, all those who cross that postcount get it. Prongs' won't now, as a punishment which he's enjoying, ironically, lol.

Not he, we punished him It's an internal joke that happened yesterday in our IRC Chatroom. We showed him some of our internal stuff that he haven't shared yet with regular members, so I named him as an Internal agent now on. It was a temporary joke, I was playing with his rank, but since he loves it I suppose I'll let him keep it The advantage being that he won't turn into a Pokemon Master anymore on the 1000th post, lol.

Don't worry, it's not really secret. We do have certain plans of new features to introduce around the forums. Until they're not complete, we can't really spoil it for you'll. So ignore that.

IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat. It's a chat protocol, also a file serving. Via IRC is how we've got most of our Pokemon media from. You can join our IRC chatroom from the button on top, or use mirc program to connect to irc.dejatoons.net #pokemonfunzone

And no, Shoutbox is different, it's an AJAX chatroom which is embedded on this site. It is connected with your DPForums account so you are automatically logged into it on every visit. IRC is a different concept. It might take time for you to learn about it.
