Magikarp or Feebas. One of the most hard decision in the world of Pokémon. I vote for Feebas because it evolves into a good Pokémon, Milotic. Vote for one of these now

Actually only those players choose them who are confident.Firstly they annoy very much in levelinyg up.However a feebas can be less annoying but still.
Secondly both of them are the ugliest Pokemon.
But you can not deny the fact that the Pokemon they evolve into are the real water beast.
You will find it harder to defeat gyrados or milotic.
These Pokemon were being used by the champions due to their strengths.
Gary used Gyrados in Leaf Green.
Walllance used Milotic in Emerald.
So I agree with you that it is the most difficult thing to choose but in my opinion feebas is way better than magikarp.Atleast you don't have to splash till 20 levels.
