 Diamond, Pearl anime series cast revealed: Satoshi the only The October issue of CoroCoro has provided more information about Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl, the new Pokémon anime series set to begin Sept. 28. A poster has revealed the main cast and their starter Pokémon.
The poster features Satoshi with Pikachu and Naetle, Hikari with Pochama and a new male character with Hikozaru. Dialga and Palkia fill the background.

Yup! Really... this adds to the excitement xD
Btw... u see each one got one of the starter pokemon, Ash like always got a grass one first, Hikari with the penguin pokemon, Pochama, & the unknown new guy with Hikozaru... I think chances are he'll replace Brock  well maybe no chances, its confirmed probably... THIS TRIO is the new group after all. The unknown guy looks a bit like the Battle Pyramid frontier brain Lol
