I still think that Lugia should be a Water/Flying Type...

 I still think that Lugia should be a Water/Flying Type... I've been like this for a very long time now... I still think that Lugia should be a Water/Flying Type... He meant to be the polar opposite of Ho-oh, which its element is Fire, so Lugia should be Water. Many people, including myself, expected that before Pokemon Gold/Silver were introduced. If anyone can explain why it ended up as Psychic/Flying Type and should stay that way, please do, I really want to put this to rest.

Anyway Psychic type seems more suited to 'Soul' Silver!
Though 'Diving' Pokémon seems an absurd title
