Yes, Lightening Blade is an S Class move while Chidori is A Class.
But the Blade is a modification of the Chidori.

I wanna see some Kusanagi Sword action, or is it purely orrochimaru's move thingy like the curse mark of heaven something.

No. He can still use it but is risky now, since anyone can chop off his hands.

Um, I dont get it. Does that mean that orrochimaru hasnt been killed or sasuke can use the curse seal but he cant use his hands?

There's not much Sasuke can do if Naruto uses his full power. But will he?

Maybe he'll bind up sasuke, or he might knock him out, tear his limbs and drag him back to konoha. Or maybe sasuke will run away or he might explode.
